Jay-Z and Beyonce sashayed in. They were escorted to the top VIP table where Jay ordered magnums of Belverdere vodka. When the DJ played their hit Crazy In Love, Bey began singing and Jay rapped his parts - while we and Solange shimmied our hips.
Then at 3.30am it was off to 50 Casino on St James St where "Jigga" pulled out his bulging wallet and chucked thousands on the tables as Beyonce whispered in his ear.
At 5am Beyonce reluctantly decided to call it a night - only to find her exit blocked by a crime scene.
She had to be escorted past the police tape to reach her car. Waving us goodbye, she trilled: "See you girls tomorrow, I had a great night."
