Fashionable Clothes Do Exist Beyond Size 12!
We’ve recently come across Style369.com , a website from Arcadia Group – the same people behind Topshop, Miss Selfridge etc – that sells, gasp, fashionable clothes in sizes 14-26. They want to deliver the perfect fit in the latest style led pieces that are ready to wear now. They stock high fashion pieces and wardrobe staples like essential jersey, day and party dresses, denim, knitwear, footwear, coats and jackets.
Perhaps they realise that not everyone who’s bigger than a 12 wants to dress in a moo moo (see The Simpsons if you’re not sure what that is; it’s kinda like a tent-cum-dress that Homer wore).
We particularly like their lingerie. They’ve recently started stocking a rather lovely line called Curvy Kate, a lingerie brand specialising in cup sizes DD to K, and their new range of bras and briefs. Sizes include new D cups and go up to 46 band and deeper briefs to suit all curves.
