Singer Rihanna attended the Glamour Magazine 2009 Women of The Year Honors at Carnegie Hall in NYC yesterday. She nabbed the Top honors last night as she should! Earlier this year she had a few WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE WEARING, but right now she is killing the game and it looks like no one can stop her.
