Kelly Lawsuit over "Work" video WTF!

Sony BMG has agreed to no longer use a music video for a song by former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland after settling a lawsuit brought by the estate of late minimalist artist Dan Flavin about the video. Artnet first reported on the video, which shows Rowland dancing in front of and getting cozy with florescent light tubes and installations thereof, a year ago, pointing out its clear references to Flavin. The site now reports that John Silberman, of the law firm that represents Flavin's estate, wrote in to say that the estate brought legal action and has since settled with Sony BMG and the production company Partizan Entertainment — a settlement that includes an undisclosed amount of money. As such, the video, directed by Philip Andelman and set to Rowland's song "Work," has been pulled from YouTube and MTV.com. However, ARTINFO did still manage to check it out, here.

Dan Flavin needs to kiss my ass...that is a classic Kelly Rowland song...Kelly needs to reshoot. In Europe errrrrrerybody love it!
