"Attorney B.J. Bernstein on Friday filed a fourth civil lawsuit against the Lithonia pastor, with allegations similar to the previous three suits. According to the suit filed in DeKalb County, Long "uses monetary funds from the accounts of Defendant New Birth and other corporate and non-profit corporate accounts, to entice the young men with cars, clothes, jewelry, and electronics."

Spencer LeGrande was 15 when he met Long and the two began a sexual relationship during a trip to Kenya after the youth turned 17, the latest suit alleges. LeGrande and his mother were among the founding members of Long's satellite church in Charlotte, N.C., Bernstein told the AJC.

Their first meeting was an emotional one, according to the suit. LeGrande, following one of Long's sermons, told the pastor how moved he was the message.

Long hugged LeGrande and the 15-year-old began to cry, at which point the bishop assured him, "I got you," "I will be your dad," the suit states. Long's assistant then collected LeGrande's contact information and soon after the two began talking regularly.

Long later encouraged him to move to Atlanta, where the sexual activity continued through 2009, Bernstein says.

At that time LeGrande started dating, and Long attempted to end that relationship "by increased contact and spiritual talk as to the relationship between the Spiritual Son and himself," the suit states.

Long is charged with breach of fiduciary duty; negligence; fraud; infliction of emotional distress and other counts based on sexual acts. LongFellows Youth Academy is not named in this suit as it is in the previous three."
