George W. Bush's Memoir Set for Release in November

George W. Bush was real president that commanded respect if not fear from our enemies.

Today, well...that's not the case.

Do you miss him yet?

I sure do considering what has happened since the community organizer and soft tosser has taken residence in the White House.

In time I believe Bush’s approval rating will crisscross with Obama’s as his continues to rise as Obama’s continues to sink.

From The New York Post:

Former President George W. Bush’s memoir, “Decision Points,” is set for release on November 9, Crown Publishers announced Monday.

The book will center on “the fourteen most critical and historic decisions” of Bush’s presidency, the publisher said in a press release. It will take readers inside the Texas Governor’s Mansion on the night of the 2000 presidential election and aboard Air Force One following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

The memoir will also describe Bush’s “historic and controversial decisions on the financial crisis, Hurricane Katrina, Afghanistan, Iran and other issues that have shaped the first decade of the 21st century,” the publisher said.

The former president also discusses his decision to stop drinking, his discovery of faith, his relationships with his family, as well as his flaws and mistakes.

Bush, who has stayed out of the media spotlight since the end of his presidency, will embark on a national book tour following the memoir’s publication.
